complete novices in either discipline or those who simply haven't
ridden for a while Get in touch, it only takes a phone call or use the contact forms on our respective websites. By becoming eco friendly, you will not only save yourself a few pennies but you'll improve your health too so if you'd like us to set something up in your area you only have to pick up the phone or email us to get the ball rolling ... ability and age are irrelevant, there is always something for everyone and it's always best done on home territory where possible with the course tailored to your needs! Wherever someone feels there is the need and wants us to run a course or three - we are prepared to travel anywhere within the county and even across the border to assist our able colleagues there should numbers require it ... ON ROAD CYCLING aka Bikeability - so what is Bikeability exactly? Bikeability is taking the old fashioned Cycling Proficiency into the 21st century with three levels for complete novices to those more seasoned riders who want to cycle to school or work, taking into account the traffic and roads of today .. It is designed to give the next generation the skills and confidence to ride their bikes on today's roads. Bikeability is for both children and adults alike, who will be encouraged and inspired to achieve all three levels, recognising that there is always more to learn and to enjoy on a bike. Whether you are a complete novice or someone who simply wants to go out with your children and/or grandchildren but traffic volumes and roads have changed so much that you feel intimidated, get in touch and let's work it through together ..
OFF ROAD CYCLING - the newly
developed course from the CTC
- The beginners skills courses cover everything you need to know to
get you off on the right track and our intermediate/advanced courses
are for people with off road riding experience looking to improve on
technique .. For

Cornish Way'., which is maintained by the council
1. Cycling exercises most of the muscles in your legs and bum –
so it’s an excellent way to tone these areas.
"It's not so much a question of "Can you afford to" but more a question of "Can you afford not to ?" We all have choices, what is best for your family though? Just think about it for a moment., you can't put a price on a child's life but you can make a real difference! One child has died already, does there really have to be any more?"
